Whether teaching meditation, helping people manage their anxiety, running expansive living immersions and business wellness workshops, or indulging in her love of cooking and design, Elise Catchlove is fuelled by her belief that expansive living is the cornerstone for a full life, which she describes as, “living authentically with an open heart and curious mind, fostering a deep connection with the Self, nourishing the body and bringing beauty, ritual and intention into everyday moments”.

Elise’s more than decade-long journey with anxiety, and living what she refers to as, “a pretty small life”, led her to learn the life-changing practice of Vedic meditation. Implementing a daily meditation not only resolved her own anxiety, but completely changed the trajectory of her life. Elise now lives out her true purpose and passion by helping countless people across Australia and internationally through her teachings and work in the wellness and mental health space.

Elise’s non-linear career path, spanning acting, fashion design and now wellness, is a journey she is incredibly grateful for, adding a richness to her teachings and an ability to deeply connect with people living in the stressful modern world. Elise understands disappointment, failure and rejection intimately, and is continuously grateful for her journey with anxiety and mental health, saying, “I can sit across the room from someone who’s experiencing crippling anxiety and I understand their pain and suffering because I too have been there. It’s very humbling and also incredibly beautiful”.

Elise’s personal health journey has also taught her that living an elevated and beautiful life is available to everyone, despite their challenges. Elise’s work is now heavily focused around helping others to expand their own lives—a motif she continuously shares and lives by. Elise offers training in Vedic meditation, anxiety management and brain health, business wellness training, expansive living immersions and shares knowledge and tools to help others live a beautifully rich and expansive life through her curated experiences and workshops.

Elise lives in Brisbane with her two young children and husband, Pete.
