Vedic Meditation

Rooted in ancient wisdom, Vedic meditation is a simple mantra-based practice intended for modern living. This 20 minute, twice daily practice dissolves accumulated stress, fatigue and tension in the body to bring about greater clarity, adaptability, energy, creativity, peace and joy.

Elise Catchlove’s Vedic meditation training is unlike any other. Elise not only wants her students to walk away as a self-sufficient Vedic meditator, but to also be armed with an abundance of knowledge, tools and strategies to expand their idea of what is possible in their life. In addition to the traditional teachings, Elise layers in philosophy, mind awareness practices, physiology and neuroscience to offer a comprehensive training that goes beyond learning a meditation practice but to begin to live what Elise describes as, an Expansive Life.

Elise’s years of personal experience with anxiety, alongside extensive training and research into mental health, physiology and neuroscience makes her course a unique offering in the Vedic meditation space. Her highly comprehensive course is comprised of three in-person sessions over three consecutive days with additional independent meditation practice in between each session. On completion of the course, you will have the skills to independently practice the technique for your rest of their life. Ongoing unlimited email and phone support is included in the training.
